Respecting the discrepancy of 50 sheets of 4 cent stamps, we' enclose copies of our invoice dated 8th July 1903 which shew a clerical error by our invoice clerk, 5055 sheets 4 cents stamps were entered instead of 5005.

You will observe that in the total the correct number of sheets and stamps was charged.
